Embodied Gratitude After the feast, we gather for the feeling. Sat 11/29 we’ll sweat, breathe, and then be still—a heart-opening workout followed by a guided meditation to embody thanks. We’ll drop from head to heart, from effort to appreciation. Amplify what’s good and let it ripple.
Bring a friend, bring your breath, and one thing you appreciate about your body. Gratitude changes our frequency. When we name it, feel it, and express it, our whole system shifts.

The method is more than a workout: This is a music driven dynamic & somatic experience that invites you to explore new ways of moving. Toning and lengthening every muscle in your body achieving balance. By moving in ways that integrate your full physical self you will find freedom in motion, emotional release, lower cortisol and promote well being from the inside out.

What to expect?
Music: Is the heartbeat of class while you are the soul. This is a music driven class.
Intentional Presence: Every class starts with a practice to get your mind and your body synced up.
Repetition: The movement sequences are given time and space to allow for the nervous system to apply the necessary nuances to explore and execute the exercises. This creates plasticity in the nervous system.
Learning Motor Patterns: The sequences are intentionally designed to create presence in your physical body as well as new neural firing in the mind.
Somatic Practices: The class is a somatic experience itself while Laura may layer in specific practices to reset the nervous system, activate the lymphatic system, tai chi & QiGong.
Closing: The class honors shifting into the parasympathetic, rest and digest system understanding that this is where recover and healing happens.

TIME: 10A (arrive atleast 15mins early) Allow Class to be 75-90mins.
LOCATION: THE MOVEMENT HUB (FORMERLY HARMONY PILATES) : 201 S. HIGHLAND AVE. SHADYSIDE, PA (ENTRANCE IS AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING ON CARON ST)
WHAT TO BRING: WATER & YOUR OWN ANKLE WEIGHTS IF YOU PREFER. SHOES ARE OPTIONAL.
PROPS PROVIDED: 2-3LB hand weights, 1.5 -2LB ankle weights, towel & mat. Weights are optional and you can bring your own props if preferred.

My mission is to support and empower my students to increase their own vitality, and live more fully with ease, flow and to embody their fullest expression of self.
Focusing on the connection between wellness, science, ancient wisdom and nature I use a unique layered approach to healing. I support women to connect deeper to the heart and create new tools for experiencing life.
